Mr. Sirajudeen Bin Syed Mohamed is a visionary serial entrepreneur and executive leader with over two decades of experience across finance facilitation, agro-commodities, wholesale gold bullion (under PSPM licence), information technology, corporate services, hospitality advisory, global trading and fintech.
He founded Royal Kings Group in 2013, transforming it from an agro-commodities venture into a diversified, technology-enabled enterprise delivering integrated business solutions across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, including key GCC markets. Today, the Group supports clients through finance facilitation, IT enablement, corporate compliance, hospitality advisory, global trade and fintech innovation.

Beginning his career within Singapore’s regulated operating environment.
Mr. Sirajudeen developed strong capabilities in operational discipline, governance alignment and stakeholder coordination. This early foundation shaped his results driven leadership approach, focused on execution excellence, organisational resilience, and scalable growth.

As Founder & Chairman, he provides strategic direction across governance, investments, partnerships, risk management, fintech initiatives and international expansion. He leads growth strategy, capital planning, cross-border collaboration and market development—building high-performance teams and sustainable operating models across multiple jurisdictions.

Known for decisive leadership and strategic clarity, he combines business acumen with principled governance. His leadership philosophy centres on accountability, transparency and long-term value creation, with a strong track record in structuring durable enterprises, cultivating trusted partnerships and enabling SME and enterprise advancement.

Mr. Sirajudeen holds an MBA from the University of Northampton and a Professional Diploma in Leadership and People Management from Kaplan Singapore, alongside certifications in Corporate Secretarial Practice, PDPA Operational Compliance (Singapore Management University), and WSQ Cybersecurity Awareness (First Com Academy).
